3. Data we process
Identity and contact details (name, email, phone), stay details (dates, number of guests) and message content. While browsing: technical connection data and, if you consent, aggregated analytics.
4. Retention
We keep data as long as needed to handle your enquiry or booking and thereafter for the legally required liability periods. Cookie preferences are stored for about 6 months.
5. Recipients
We do not sell your data. Service providers (hosting, email, analytics if consented) may access data under processing agreements where required.
6. Your rights
You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability rights, and withdraw consent, by emailing info@pensionnumancia.es. You may also complain to the AEPD.
7. Security
